Abstract: An unstaffed store system includes: a store entry checker which acquires, with a first camera, a face image of a user at a time of entry to the store and permits entry of the user to the store based on the face image at the time of entry to the store; a checkout counter which acquires, with a second camera, the face image of the user at a time of payment and allows the user to make payment based on the face image at the time of payment; and a store exit checker which, with a third camera, acquires the face image of the user at a time of exit from the store and confirms exit of the user from the store based on the face image at the time of exit from the store.

Abstract: A cost calculation and payment device includes: a main body provided with a placement portion on which the user places merchandise items; a first camera for capturing an image of the merchandise items placed on the placement portion; a second camera for capturing an image of a face of the user; a controller for cost calculation by recognizing the merchandise items from the image acquired by the first camera and for face authentication based on a face image acquired by image capture by the second camera; and a display for displaying cost calculation result information and face authentication result information acquired by the controller, wherein the controller causes the display to display the cost calculation result information and the face authentication result information by using a superimposed screen configured by at least a first screen disposed on a front side and a second screen disposed on a rear side.

Abstract: It is possible to reasonably perform a task for improving the store operation by presenting information required for improving a store operation to a user. A camera which is a facility capturing device provided for each of a plurality of stores as facilities, a recording server, a management server, and a transmission server, and a user terminal are provided. The recording server, the management server, and the transmission server constitute a cloud computer system. The transmission server transmits information regarding an evaluation result of each policy in the store and an area image corresponding to an attention point on a calendar, to the user terminal. The management server acquires instruction information and report information regarding a work in the store and the evaluation information from the transmission server, and manages status information regarding a progress status for a work instruction.

Abstract: Facility imaging device and method reduces a load of traffic on a network when collecting images that result from image-capturing the insides. The facility imaging device including a capture that image-captures the inside of a facility and sequentially outputs captured images that temporally follow one another; a processor that performs image processing on the captured images and outputs processed images; and a communicator that transmits the processed images to an image recording server through the network. Whenever the captured image is input from the capture, the processor updates dominant image information and generates a reading still image that results from removing a moving object, as a processed image. The communicator transmits the reading still image at a prescribed timing. Furthermore, a reading screen is delivered from a facility operation support device to a user terminal device and thus the reading screen is displayed on the user terminal device.
