  • Publication number: 20170090400
Abstract: Provided is a liquid holding container in which waste liquid leakage is not caused even when the container is turned upside down. For this purpose, a surface of an absorber facing the rear face of a cover part is disposed apart from the cover part so as to form a space between the cover part and the absorber of a waste liquid holding container.

  • Publication number: 20170087854
Abstract: A supply apparatus includes a holder for a liquid container, a link coupled to the holder, an operation handle rotatably coupled to the link, an engaging portion and a rotation restriction unit. The operation handle operate connection and disconnection of the liquid container to and from a supplying portion by rotation with respect to the link. The engaging portion maintains a connection state between the supplying portion and the liquid container by engaging with the operation handle. The unit can restrict rotation of the operation handle when the engaging portion and the operation handle are in a disengaged state.

  • Publication number: 20170087851
Abstract: There is provided a print device including a wet liquid supply unit corresponding to a wider environmental range, with a simple and inexpensive configuration. Therefore, a valve that can change the volume is provided in a flow passage between an intermediate tank and a storing unit that stores liquid and that supplies the liquid to the intermediate tank.

  • Patent number: 9278543
Abstract: A first ink tank, and a second ink tank including a first chamber having an ink inlet port and a second chamber having a sensing unit are provided. The ink inlet port is provided at a position so that a volume of the second ink tank above a second height does not become smaller than an amount of ink volume change in the second chamber when the ink volume is changed from a first height which is a height of the ink surface when a minimum volume of ink is in the second ink tank under normal usage to a second height which is a height of the ink inlet port.

  • Patent number: 8382260
Abstract: A liquid discharging apparatus includes a liquid container having an information storage portion configured to store information and a supply port for supplying liquid in the liquid container to the outside and a movable member having the liquid container attached thereon. After the connection between the supply port and the apparatus is severed while the movable member moves from a first position to a second position, information is written in the information storage portion. The second position is set such that the time required for the movable member to move from the first position to the second position is longer than or equal to the time required for the information communication.
