  • Publication number: 20060232160
Abstract: An armature includes an armature core, a rotary shaft inserted into a shaft fixing hole of the armature core, and coils each wound about one of teeth of the armature core. The teeth extend radially. The armature core includes an inner core having the shaft fixing hole, and an outer core that is provided about and is integrated with the inner core. The inner core is formed by laminating a plurality of magnetic steel plates. The outer core is formed by compression molding magnetic powder, and includes the teeth. Accordingly, the armature core has a high mechanical strength and is capable of obtaining a high magnetic flux density. Also, the armature core is easy to manufacture.

  • Patent number: 6748988
Abstract: A pneumatic tire having a tread pattern is provided, in which occurrence of uneven wear observed in a conventional lug-type tread pattern can be prevented without causing degradation in the various characteristics of the tire. The pneumatic tire having a tread pattern in which main lug grooves are disposed in the opposing tread shoulder regions at a predetermined pitch in the circumferential direction of the tire. The main lug grooves are so arranged as to provide circumferential phase difference between the opposing tread shoulder regions. In this construction, a narrow shallow groove is disposed in the central region of the tread portion in the tread width direction for connecting the main lug grooves located in the opposing tread shoulder regions, and a shallow groove portion is formed in the shoulder end region inside the main lug groove.

  • Patent number: 6643911
Abstract: A plate material is drawn to form a first-drawing product in the shape of an elliptically cylindrical container having an elliptical cross section. Then, the first-drawing product is drawn to form a re-drawing product in the shape of a generally circular cylindrical container. Next, the re-drawing product is drawn to form a late-drawing product in the shape of an elliptically cylindrical container having an elliptical cross section in which a major axis and a minor axis of the elliptical cross section are reversed with respect to a major axis and a minor axis of the elliptical cross section of the first-drawing product. Thereafter, the late-drawing product is drawn to form a final product as a yoke.

  • Patent number: 6203890
Abstract: A co-winding type thermal transfer sheet is constituted by forming on one surface side of a substrate film a heat-fusible ink layer comprising a pigment and a particulate binder, and causing a tracing paper to be peelably bonded onto the heat-fusible ink layer by the medium of an adhesive layer. The thus constituted co-winding type thermal transfer sheet is capable of providing an original image which can be reproduced by use of a blueprint process so as to provide blueprint images having a high precision and a high contrast. In addition, a co-winding type thermal transfer sheet may also be constituted by forming a heat-fusible ink layer on one surface side of a substrate film and causing a transparent resin sheet to be peelably bonded onto the heat-fusible ink layer by the medium of an adhesive layer containing a cross-linking agent. The thus constituted co-winding type thermal transfer sheet is capable of providing an image excellent in wear resistance on the transparent resin sheet.

  • Patent number: 5478622
Abstract: A magnetic disk includes two kinds of texture lines formed on a substrate rendered to texturing, one kind being formed over the entire substrate and parallel with a circumference of the substrate and the other kind being formed such that a line tangent to the other texture intersects a line tangent to the one texture at an angle of 3 to 9 degrees. The other texture lines are yielded by processing the substrate with a polishing tape rocking the substrate radially thereof, and satisfying the floating characteristic of a magnetic head as being floated in a low degree, the contact-start-stop characteristic, and the attraction characteristic.
