  • Publication number: 20080048824
Abstract: In a method of resistance adjustment, a resistance adjusting element and a resistance adjusting device, in order to readily recognize a terminal end of a cut-off part for connecting cut-off parts when a resistance film is cut off at several times and to prevent a resistance value from changing due to cracking of the resistance film, the resistance adjustment having preliminary resistance adjustment carried out before an electronic circuit board is incorporated in the associated equipment, and final resistance adjustment which is carried out after the electronic circuit board is incorporated in the associated equipment, the preliminary resistance adjustment forming a first cut-off part in the resistance film and forming a second cut-off part serving as a marker in the resistance film, so as to be connected to the first cut-off part substantially at a position of one end of the first cut-off part, and the final resistance adjustment recognizing the position of the second cut-off part, and forming the third cut-

  • Publication number: 20050143510
Abstract: A polypropylene-based resin composition of drastically improved dimensional stability realized by incorporating a polypropylene resin of specific structure with an inorganic filler of specific particle size, carbon fibers of specific fiber diameter and length, and, as required, an ethylene- and/or styrene-based elastomer. Another polypropylene-based resin composition of well-balanced properties of rigidity, heat-resistance, impact resistance and lightness even essentially in the absence of inorganic filler, realized by compositing a propylene/ethylene block copolymer of specific structure and well-balanced mechanical properties with an ethylene- and/or styrene-based elastomer, and carbon fibers of specific structure.

  • Patent number: 6150008
Abstract: A heat-sensitive transfer medium comprises a base material and superposingly formed thereon a release layer, an intermediate layer and an ink layer in this order. The ink layer contains a colorant, a first resin capable of curing upon reaction with a curing agent, a curing agent that causes the resin to cure, and a second resin capable of inhibiting the reaction of the first resin with the curing agent, and the release layer is formed in a coating weight of from 0.005 g/m.sup.2 to 0.4 g/m.sup.2. This heat-sensitive transfer medium enables sharp color printing and also can form transferred patterns having a superior rub resistance.

  • Patent number: 4712378
Abstract: A driving apparatus for a Stirling cycle engine is disclosed. The engine has a diaphragm on a rod connecting each compression piston and a driving mechanism. The diaphragm separates a space of the compression piston back pressure side and a driving chamber. A crank axle has at least one crank pin with two compression pistons connected to the crank pin of the crank axle. The pistons are located on opposite sides of the crank axle. The diaphragms of the two compression pistons perform the capacity change of the piston back pressure sides 180.degree. out of phase relative to one another.
