    Abstract: A heat-shrinkable film which is excellent in mechanical characteristics such as heat shrinkage characteristics, impact resistance, and transparency and in the finish of shrinkage and which is suitable for shrink packaging, shrink bundling, shrinkable labels, and so on. A film which is made from a mixed resin comprising as the main components either a polylactic acid resin (A) and a (meth)acrylic resin (B) or a polylactic acid resin (A) and a silicone/acrylic composite rubber (D) or has at least one layer made from the mixed resin and which exhibits a heat shrinkage percentage of 20% or above in the main shrinkage direction when dipped in water at 80° C. for 10 seconds.
