  • Publication number: 20170106552
Abstract: A purpose of the present invention is to provide a technology that allows corrugated tubes of various diameter sizes to be easily and reliably cut at a convex portion. In order to achieve the purpose, a cutting device is provided with a feeder feeding a corrugated tube such that an axial direction of the corrugated tube lies along a feeding path; a cutter cutting along a circumferential direction of the corrugated tube being fed along the feeding path; and an imager capturing an image of a planned cutting position of the corrugated tube. A controller performs image analysis of the captured image of the planned cutting position to determine whether the planned cutting position is a convex portion of the corrugated tube and, when a positive determination result is obtained, causes the cutter to cut the corrugated tube at the planned cutting position.

  • Patent number: 9259835
Abstract: Running over components such as an electrical wire when displacing a work table is inhibited. An assembly work conveyor device includes a plurality of work tables and a displacement support mechanism that includes a displacement driver causing the work tables to displace along an oval displacement path. The plurality of work tables are displaced along the oval displacement path in a state supported in a cantilevered manner by the displacement support mechanism and in a posture projecting toward an outer periphery of the oval displacement path.

  • Patent number: 5583948
Abstract: The connecting element inspecting method inspects a connector having a connecting surface to another connector paired with the connecting element and a plurality of terminal containing holes opening to the connecting surface for respectively containing terminals. The connecting surface is irradiated by light entering the terminal containing holes. The connecting surface is imaged obliquely from a television camera. The percentage of the area of a portion occupied by the terminal in an image region associated with the terminal containing hole to be inspected is found. It is judged whether or not the terminal is properly mounted in the terminal containing hole to be inspected on the basis of the found percentage of the area. Consequently, it is judged whether the connector is accepted or rejected.

  • Patent number: 5543438
Abstract: A plastic foam material composed of a polyolefin based resin composition, consists essentially of specified amounts of polypropylene based resins and polyethylene based resins, included from about 20 to about 65 weight percent of a cross linked portion. The cross linked portion consists of from about 55 to about 95 weight percent of a cross linked polypropylene and from about 5 to about 45 weight percent of cross linked polyethylene. The amount of cross-linkage can be determined by a xylene extraction technique. The plastic foam material may further include specified amounts of a cross-linking agent and specified amounts of an organic thermodecomposition foaming agent. The thermodecomposition foaming agent decomposes at sufficiently high temperatures to yield a plastic foam material, which exhibits superior adherence properties and fewer deformities of its surface exemplified by swelling, shrinkage and wrinkling of its surface. A method to produce the plastic foam material is also disclosed.
