    Abstract: In a vehicle air conditioner, even in a case where an air outlet mode is set in which an air outlet switching damper opens a defroster opening so as to blow air from the defroster opening toward an inner surface of a window glass of a vehicle, the air outlet switching damper is controlled to close the defroster opening when a target air temperature TAO is lower than an outside air temperature TAM. Thus, the vehicle air conditioner prevents a fogging of an outer surface of the window glass without decreasing a temperature comfort in a vehicle compartment.
