The apparatus also includes control means for independently controlling the frequency and the phase with which the ultrasonic vibrators in the respective raws are driven as well as the output levels thereof, thereby allowing only a positive pressure of the resultant ultrasonic wave to be increased while suppressing a negative pressure thereof to eliminate a cavitation effect.
