A storage unit stores a table that stores risk propagation model master information and risk information. A processing unit includes a risk correction unit that corrects the risk propagation model master information and the risk information for each product, using at least one of a degree of progress and a degree of pressure and a risk score calculation unit that calculates a risk score on the basis of the corrected risk propagation model master information and the corrected risk information. An output unit outputs the risk score for each product in each process to a screen.
