    Abstract: A noise measurement apparatus capable of performing accurate measurement stably without fluctuation and a noise measuring cable to be used for the apparatus are provided. The noise measuring cable, which connects a measurement object to a connector electrically, includes an insulation tube and a conductive wire mesh covering the insulation tube. Extended portions formed by extending the wire mesh from both the end portions of the insulation tube to narrow are formed. The tip of the extended portion on one side is connected to a connector and resistor side, and a clip which is freely attached to and detached from the measurement object is connected to the tip of the extended portion on the other side.
