    Abstract: A battery case of the present disclosure includes a lower case for housing a battery with the upper side of the lower case opened; and an upper case provided on the upper side of the lower case to cover the battery. The lower case includes a lower case bottom surface on which the battery is placed and a lower case side surface extending upward from the edge of the lower case bottom surface. The lower case side surface includes, on its side where a module terminal of the battery is disposed, a cut part cut downward in such a way that the height of the lower case side surface becomes lower than the height of a position of the module terminal.

    Abstract: The power generating device has a power generating section including a piezoelectric body; and a plurality of electrode pairs each constituted by a pair of electrodes placed on opposite sides of the piezoelectric body with regard to a thickness direction thereof to define a functional section therebetween, each of the functional sections is cooperated with the related electrode pair to define a power generating element. A plurality of the power generating elements includes a first and second power generating elements that give a polarization orientation opposite to each other in the thickness direction. The first and second power generating elements have the corresponding electrodes that are connected to each other by means of a wiring member on the same surface of the piezoelectric body with regard to the thickness direction thereof, such that all of the plurality of the power generating elements are connected in series.

    Abstract: A detection unit (46) detects an input pattern stored in an input pattern storage (45) corresponding to a signal inputted to a random logic unit (2). An expected pattern responsive to the input pattern detected by the detection unit (46) is transmitted from the expected pattern storage (52) to a comparator (6). The comparator (6) compares an output from the random logic unit (2) with the expected pattern, and then an error processing circuit (7) processes the comparison result. The error processing circuit (7) stores the details of the error in an error register (8), and makes the data in the register (8) transmittable through a data bus (34) to the outside of a failure detection circuit (101b). The information concerning the error is processed statistically and the data stored in the input pattern storage (45) and expected pattern storage (52) are properly rewritten, so that an improvement in failure detection ration can be achieved.
