  • Publication number: 20150321136
Abstract: A CO2 recovery system includes an absorption tower that brings gas containing CO2 into contact with a CO2 absorption solution to remove CO2 from the CO2-containing gas; a regeneration tower that regenerates a CO2-absorbed rich solution; and a compression device that re-uses a lean solution, from which CO2 has been removed in the regeneration tower, in the absorption tower and compresses CO2 in gas emitted from the regeneration tower, wherein the rich solution has a high pressure, the high-pressure rich solution is subjected to gas-liquid separation by a flash drum, the rich solution as a liquid component separated in the flash drum is introduced into the regeneration tower, and high-pressure CO2 gas as a gas component separated in the flash drum is introduced into a compression device having a predetermined compression pressure.

  • Publication number: 20150135960
Abstract: Provided is a CO2 recovery system including: a high-pressure absorption tower 13 that removes CO2 from high-pressure gas 11; a high-pressure regeneration tower 15 that releases a portion of CO2 from a rich solution 14 introduced from the high-pressure absorption tower to obtain a semi-lean solution 19; a first liquid feed line that feeds the semi-lean solution to the high-pressure absorption tower; a branch line that branches a portion of the semi-lean solution fed from a liquid feed line; and a flash drum 21 that flashes the semi-lean solution.

  • Publication number: 20150139861
Abstract: An air pollution control system includes CO2 absorber that removes CO2, and an absorbent regenerator that releases CO2 from the amine absorbent. The CO2 absorber is equipped with a CO2 absorption unit that absorbs CO2 in the flue gas by the amine absorbent (lean solution), and a water-repellent filter unit that is provided on an upper part (gas flow downstream) side of the CO2 absorption unit and collects the mist amine absorbent accompanied by the CO2-free flue gas. The mist amine accompanied by the CO2-free flue gas is collected.

  • Publication number: 20150044100
Abstract: A degradant concentration measurement device 14 according to the invention has an electric conductivity measurement instrument 71A measuring the electric conductivity of a lean solution 16 that is an acidic gas-absorbing solution and detection means 72 obtaining the concentration of a degradant contained in a lean solution 16 from the measured electric conductivity of the lean solution 16 based on the relationship between the previously-obtained electric conductivity of the lean solution 16 and the concentration of the degradant contained in the lean solution 16.

  • Publication number: 20130247755
Abstract: An absorber that uses a gasified gas containing CO2 and H2S formed by gasifying coal, for example, as an introduced gas, and that makes the CO2 and H2S absorbed from the introduced gas by bringing the introduced gas into contact with an absorbent for absorbing C02 and H2S; an absorbent regenerator-that extracts absorbent that has absorbed CO2 and H2S from the bottom of the absorber and introduces the absorbent from the top of the absorber, and that regenerates the absorbent by releasing the CO2 and H2S; a second supply line that returns the regenerated absorbent from the regenerator to the absorber; and a third supply line that extracts the absorbent (semi-rich solution) that has absorbed a part of the CO2 and H2S from the vicinity of the middle of the absorber, and that introduces the semi-rich solution in the vicinity of the middle of the regenerator.
