  • Patent number: 4482821
Abstract: A basic logic circuit of a superconductive logic circuit comprises a bridge circuit of four branches wherein first and second terminals are connected at least at two nodes and an output terminal is connected at least at a node. One branch of the bridge circuit comprises a series circuit consisting of a first resistor and a first Josephson junction connected between the first and second input terminals. The second branch comprises a parallel circuit of a second Josephson junction and a second resistor connected between the first input terminal and a grounding terminal of the bridge circuit. The third branch comprises a third resistor connected between the second input terminal and the output terminal. The fourth branch comprises a third junction connected between the output terminal and the grounding terminal. A load resistor is connected between the output terminal and the ground.

  • Patent number: 4193045
Abstract: A plurality of parallel-connected surface acoustic wave (SAW) resonators, having different oscillation frequencies and different turnover temperatures, are connected to an active element containing circuit to form a SAW oscillator. The oscillator frequency deviation due to temperature is kept within a small allowable range .DELTA. fa by satisfying the following formulas:f.sub.H -f.sub.L .ltoreq..DELTA.faT.sub.p1 <T.sub.p2. . .<T.sub.pnwheref.sub.H : a maximum frequency among those frequencies of a plurality of SAW resonators connected to the active element-containing circuit which are produced at turnover temperatures on a temperature curve;f.sub.L : a minimum frequency among those of the plurality of SAW resonators; andT.sub.p1 to T.sub.p2 : the turnover temperatures corresponding to the individual SAW resonators.

  • Patent number: 4007433
Abstract: An elastic surface wave filter is disclosed which is composed of a substrate for the propagation thereon of elastic surface waves and transmitting and receiving transducers, each having at least an electrode deposited on the major surface of the substrate and in which the transmitting and receiving transducers are disposed line connectin the major surface of the substrate a predetermined distance apart from each other; the electrode of one or both of the transmitting and receiving transducers is formed with first and second comb-shaped electrodes; and the first and second electrodes are disposed with each electrode element of the latter extending between adjacent ones of the electrode elements of the former. The electrode elements of the first and/or second comb-shaped electrodes are weighted in terms of length and the extent of the region of overlapping of the first and second comb-shaped electrodes in a first direction, i.e.
