  • Publication number: 20050099263
Abstract: A keyless entry system includes an onboard device, and a portable device which performs radio communication with the onboard device. The onboard device includes a door lock mechanism, a power window mechanism, and an ECU. The portable device includes a memory for storing setting information for closing mode and opening modes (first and second modes) of a window, and a mode selection switch for selecting either the opening mode or closing mode and changing the setting information in the memory according to the selected mode. On the basis of an answer signal b3 from the portable device, the ECU automatically locks the door, drives the window and stops the window at its predetermined position based on the setting information stored in the memory.

  • Patent number: 5444465
Abstract: A thermal transfer recording apparatus that can arbitrarily perform any one of outputting operations of a sublimable dyestuff image, a thermoplastic ink image, and a mixed picture image which combines a sublimable dyestuff image with a thermoplastic ink image, on a plain recording paper is disclosed. The apparatus employs a dyeable layer which is carried on a substrate sheet usually shared by a plurality of sublimable dyestuff-carrying layers. The dyeable layer is first transferred to a first intermediate transfer medium having a certain mold releasing or parting property. Sublimable dyestuffs are then selectively transferred into the dyeable layer to form a sublimable dyestuff image thereon, which thereafter is transferred to the paper.

  • Patent number: 5367322
Abstract: A thermal recording apparatus comprises a thermal recording head supported for movement right towards and away from an intermediate transfer drum. The intermediate transfer drum has a peripheral surface formed with an ink transfer layer of silicone rubber and is supported to be rotated in one direction successively past a recording station at which the thermal recording head is positioned and a transfer station at which an inked image transported by the intermediate transfer drum is transferred onto a recording paper. A heating lamp is installed coaxially inside the intermediate transfer drum for heating the ink transfer layer to a predetermined unique temperature so that the inked image formed on the intermediate transfer drum at the recording station can be transferred onto the recording paper at the transfer station to complete a recording of an image on the recording paper.

  • Patent number: 5263781
Abstract: A thermal transfer printing method includes the steps of overlapping a surface of a printing layer of an intermediate transfer member having the printing layer on a base member with an ink sheet. Thermal transfer printing from the ink sheet to the printing layer is effected, subsequently overlapping the intermediate transfer member with an image receiver for transfer of the printing layer onto the image receiver. Thereafter, the printing layer is fixed on the image receiver by causing the printing layer to penetrate into the image receiver through direct application of pressure and heat to the printing layer on the image receiver. A printing apparatus is employed for effecting the thermal transfer printing method.
