  • Patent number: 10539299
Abstract: A display device includes a panel, a light source, and a display target. The panel has a transparent resin portion and a reflective film formed on a front surface of the transparent resin portion, the display target has a first display layer printed on a front surface of the reflective film and a second display layer printed on a front surface of the first display layer, the first display layer is printed so as to shield the illumination light emitted from the light source, the second display layer is printed in a color different from a color of the first display layer, an outer dimension of the second display layer is smaller than an outer dimension of the first display layer, and a border portion formed by an edge portion of the front surface of the first display layer is provided at an edge portion of the display target.

  • Patent number: 5874890
Abstract: An alarm operation is activated by closing all vehicle doors (S11). When all doors are locked (S12), an active alarm awaiting state is set (S13) and, when all doors are not locked (S12), a passive alarm awaiting state is set (S16). When all the doors are locked after a passive alarm awaiting state was set (S17), the passive alarm awaiting state shifts to an active alarm awaiting state. Then, whether or not all doors are unlocked is judged (S14). If they are unlocked, the alarm awaiting state is released (S15). If the alarm mode is preserved intact, without shifting to be in an active alarm mode, the alarm awaiting state is released (S15) by turning on an ignition or accessory switch within fifteen seconds after a door was opened (S18).

  • Patent number: 5604900
Abstract: A dynamic file expansion method and system for on-line database systems is provided. When an empty space of a file becomes insufficient, the file is dynamically expanded asynchronously with a record input/output process relative to an already existing space, by using another process while continuing the record input/output process. Jobs are not therefore intercepted and adversely affected by insufficient empty space of the file. In the structure of the method and system, a file expansion timing detecting section monitors the remaining empty space of a file with the help of a record input/output processing section. When the remaining empty space becomes equal to or less than a predetermined space registered in a file expansion information registering section, a dynamic file expansion is requested to an asynchronous file expanding section.

  • Patent number: 4862367
Abstract: An automatic speed control apparatus for controlling the running speed of a vehicle at a constant set speed includes an auxiliary intake passage providing direct communication between portions of a main intake passage upstream and downstream from a throttle valve so as to bypass the throttle valve, an auxiliary intake air valve adapted for controlling the flow rate of air in the auxiliary intake passage, and a fuel supply cut-off means for suspending the supply of fuel to the engine from a moment at which a fuel supply cut-off condition is met, which requires the throttle valve to be set at the minimum opening position and the engine speed to be higher than a predetermined fuel supply cut-off engine speed, until the moment at which a predetermined fuel supply recovery condition is met. An actuator for actuating the throttle valve is controlled so as to vary the degree of opening degree of the throttle valve and enable the vehicle to run at the constant set speed.
