  • Publication number: 20150327745
Abstract: A cleaning sheet (1) includes a hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11) and a hydrophobic fiber aggregate (12) disposed on both sides of the hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11). The hydrophobic fiber aggregate (12) has its constituent fibers (14) entangled with one another, entering the hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11), and entangled with fibers (13) of the hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11). The cleaning sheet (1) is three-dimensionally textured with a plurality of protrusions (2) and a plurality of depressions (3) on both sides thereof. The protrusions (2) on one side correspond to the depressions (3) on the other side, and the depressions (3) on one side correspond to the protrusions (2) on the other side. The cleaning sheet (1) has linear bonds (15) where the hydrophilic fiber aggregate (11) and the hydrophobic fiber aggregate (12) are bonded to each other.

  • Patent number: 7614110
Abstract: A wet cleaning sheet 1 has a liquid retentive sheet 12 made of a fibrous material or a cellular material and impregnated with a predetermined amount of a detergent, etc., a liquid impermeable sheet 11 disposed on one side of the liquid retentive sheet 12, and a liquid gradual-releasing sheet made of a fibrous material and less air permeable than the liquid retentive sheet 12 disposed on the other side of the liquid retentive sheet 12. The liquid impermeable sheet 11 has a bag shape with openings 13 on one side thereof. The liquid retentive sheet is held in the bag and releases the detergent, etc. through the openings 13. The liquid gradual-releasing sheet has an air permeability of 0.05 to 6 m/kPa·s thereby to control the gradual release of the detergent, etc.

  • Patent number: 6936333
Abstract: A bulky sheet comprising a fiber aggregate formed by water needling of a fiber web is disclosed. The bulky sheet has a number of projections and depressions comprising the fiber aggregate. The projections and the depressions is formed both by rearrangement of the constituting fibers of the fiber aggregate by water needling of the fiber aggregate and by the multiple bending manner of the fiber aggregate along the thickness direction thereof. The projections and the depressions retains the shape thereof by themselves.
