  • Patent number: 11692344
Abstract: A fireproof covered structure for covering a penetration part formed in a fireproof beam of a wooden building to make the penetration part fireproof, wherein a tubular fireproof covering material is attached to the penetration part while covering an inner peripheral surface of the penetration part. The tubular fireproof covering material is formed by stacking a plurality of gypsum board pieces cut out from commercially available gypsum boards of thicknesses of 9.5 mm to 25.5 mm, in the thickness direction and unitarily connecting the gypsum board pieces. The tubular fireproof covering material is inserted into and attached to the penetration part such that a connecting portion That connects gypsum board pieces That are adjacent in the stacking direction is disposed at a boundary portion between a structural member and a covering member of the fireproof beam, or at a portion close to the boundary portion.

  • Patent number: 11624185
Abstract: A penetration part fireproof covering material used when a penetration part covered for fireproof is formed in a fireproof beam that is a fireproof constructional member that constitutes a wooden building, wherein the penetration part fireproof covering material is formed to have a tubular shape by stacking a plurality of gypsum board pieces (13a) formed from gypsum boards in a thickness direction and unitarily connecting the plurality of gypsum board pieces. The penetration part fireproof covering material is formed to have the tubular shape by stacking the plurality of gypsum board pieces that preferably have an annular shape and are cut out from commercially available gypsum boards having thicknesses of 9.5 mm to 25.5 mm while fixing the plurality of gypsum board pieces to each other preferably using metal fasteners such as staples, and unitarily connecting the plurality of gypsum board pieces.

  • Patent number: 11598089
Abstract: A fire-resistant partition wall includes wall studs and first and second walls each including gypsum boards with vertical and lateral joints. The wall studs are on the back side of the vertical joints. A joint base member is provided at the lateral joints. The gypsum boards, the joint base member, and the wall studs are not screwed with a common screw, and (a) the gypsum boards are screwed to only the wall studs and are not screwed to the joint base member, and the joint base member is fixed to the lateral joint position by being inserted between the gypsum boards and the wall studs, or (b) the gypsum boards are screwed to the wall studs and to the joint base member with different screws, and the joint base member is fixed to the lateral joint position by being inserted between the gypsum boards and the wall studs.

  • Publication number: 20100043344
Abstract: Provided is a building material with a higher specific gravity and/or radioactive-ray-shielding function while maintaining a workability equivalent to that of a conventional gypsum board. It relates to a gypsum-based building material manufactured by adding water to a composition in which a base material is a combination of a hydraulic gypsum and one kind or two or more kinds of dry-hardening calcium carbonate or calcium hydroxide or synthetic resin emulsions and an inorganic filler with a high specific gravity is compounded to it so that reaction and setting or drying and setting are conducted, wherein the composition is characterized by comprising 100 parts by weight of at least one kind or two or more kinds of base materials selected from the group consisting of calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate, calcium hydroxide and organic synthetic resin emulsions, and 50-3,000 parts by weight of at least one kind or two or more kinds of inorganic fillers whose true specific gravity is 3.5-6.
