  • Patent number: 6202411
Abstract: A flow rate control device in a hydraulic excavator, comprising a hydraulic pump which is driven rotatively by an engine, a hydraulic actuator which is driven by a hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, a control valve which controls the supply of the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator, an operating means which operates the control valve so as to change over the valve from one position to another, a relief valve disposed in a discharge oil path extending from the hydraulic pump to limit the maximum pressure in the discharge oil path, an operational condition detecting means for detecting an operational condition of the hydraulic actuator, a pump pressure detecting means for detecting the discharge pressure of the hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, a flow rate adjusting means for adjusting the discharge flow rate of the hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic pump, and a control means to which are inputted detection signals from both the operational condition detecting means

  • Patent number: 5481872
Abstract: Simultaneous operation efficiency in a case where a plurality of actuators are operated by one or a plurality of hydraulic pumps is improved. A delivery pressure passage (1a) of one hydraulic pump (1) and that (1a) of the other hydraulic pump (1) communicate with each other through a first short-circuit passage (39) via a pair of check valves (38, 38), and an unload valve (40) is provided in this first short-circuit passage (39). The load pressure introduction passages (6, 6) on the left and right hydraulic pumps (1, 1) communicate with each other through a second short-circuit passage (36) via a pair of check valves (35, 35), and a relief valve (37) is provided in this short-circuit passage (36).

  • Patent number: 5442649
Abstract: A semiconductor laser includes a semiconductor substrate of a first conductivity type, a gain guiding structure comprising of a first conductivity type, a lower cladding layer disposed on the substrate, an active layer disposed on the lower cladding layer and having a light emitting region, and an upper cladding layer of a second conductivity type, opposite the first conductivity type, disposed on the active layer, and a multiquantum barrier layer interposed between the upper cladding layer and the active layer excluding the light emitting region. In this structure, the multiquantum barrier layer reduces leakage current flowing outside of the light emitting region of the active layer and increases effective current flowing into the light emitting region, whereby the light output of the laser is significantly increased.

  • Patent number: 5250265
Abstract: A deodorizer which comprises a deodorant member, an electric motor, a fan fixed to the electric motor, a receptacle having these members accommodated therein, and a solar cell provided in the receptacle and adapted to supply a driving electric power to the electric motor, whereby, owing to the blowing action of the fan, air is caused to enter the interior the receptacle from an air suction port and pass therethrough and is blown out from an air blowout port to outside the receptacle, and the air is caused to flow around a portion of the receptacle where the solar cell is installed.

  • Patent number: 5068889
Abstract: According to the invention, an E.sup.2 P-ROM, which is a non-volatile memory element capable of electrically reading and writing data as a memory element to store ID codes, is used and the remaining memory area of the non-volatile memory element is used to store abbreviated dialing numbers. This arrangement makes it unnecessary to separately provide a memory element to store the abbreviated dialing numbers and dispenses with the backup batteries for the abbreviated dialing numbers memory. The number of component parts can also be reduced to allow the telephone set to be manufactured at a lower cost. Further, a cordless remote unit can be used to program itself, and a base unit, with identical ID codes to provide private access lines. Also, the base unit can either read or write the ID code from or to its memory, respectively, dependent upon the transmission sent from the remote unit.

  • Patent number: 4924237
Abstract: An antenna and its electronic circuit combination is presented to comprise a ground conductor plane 30, a radiating conductor plane 40 disposed in parallel spaced relation to the ground plane 30 and shorted at its one end to the ground plane 30. A ground plane 30 is preferably formed on a printed board 10 which is disposed in parallel relation to the radiating plane 40 to define therebetween an open air space. Mounted on the printed board 10 and received within the open air space are electronic components which form a receiving or transmitting electronic circuit 60 associated with the antenna structure and electrically coupled by means of a feed element 20 to a feed point 44 on the radiating plane 40.
