The spacer has a collar portion that is placed between an inner circumferential surface of the installation hole and an outer circumferential surface of the installation bolt and makes contact with the chassis and the washer in the axial direction of the installation bolt in a fastened state between the installation bolt and the nut, and a flange portion formed to protrude outward from the outer circumference of the collar portion and supported movably in the horizontal directions in a non-fastened state.
