  • Patent number: 8891716
Abstract: A node device includes a processor, a wireless RF circuit, a memory, and a timer. The processor measures a clock time. The wireless RF circuit receives a clock time information frame containing clock time information used for correcting the clock time. The memory stores a transmission processing time period, as a fixed value, from when a transmission source node device of the clock time information frame obtains the clock time information until when the transmission source node device transmits the clock time information frame. The timer measures a reception processing time period, which is a period of time from when the clock time information frame is received until when the clock time information is obtained. The node device sets to the processor a value obtained by adding the fixed value and the reception processing time period to the clock time information.

  • Patent number: 8396504
Abstract: A mobile terminal device communicates with a base station in one of a power-saving state in which consumption of power supplied from a built-in power supply is suppressed and a normal state in which the consumption of power supplied from the built-in power supply is not suppressed. The mobile terminal device includes a base station detecting unit that detects a maximum-power received-wave base station of which a received-wave power is maximum, a base-station-change detecting unit that detects whether the maximum-power received-wave base station detected by the base station detecting unit is changed, and a power-saving-state transition control unit that controls transition to the power-saving state when the change of the maximum-power received-wave base station is not detected by the base-station-change detecting unit in a predetermined time in the normal state.

  • Publication number: 20080047005
Abstract: In an access monitoring method and device for shared memory which can monitor access information from an arbitrary processor to a shared memory regardless of a type of a multi-processor system, a bus interface within a shared memory board receives, from an arbitrary request source processor among a plurality of processors, a request packet in which an identifier of a processor and an acquisition request (or a release request) of an access right to the shared memory are set. The bus interface sets (or resets) the identifier of the request source processor in the shared memory depending on the acquisition request (or the release request) of the access right, generates an answer packet indicating an acquisition (or a release) of the access right corresponding to the setting (or the resetting) of the identifier of the request source processor, and broadcasts the answer packet to all of the processors.

  • Patent number: 6463491
Abstract: A method of transferring data from a source device to a destination device via a source-control device connected to the source device and a destination-control device connected to the destination device includes the steps of transmitting a data-transfer-request signal from the source device to the source-control device, transmitting a data-transfer-acknowledge signal from the source-control device to the source device in response to the data-transfer-request signal, and transmitting a data-transfer-request signal from the source-control device to the destination-control device concurrently with the transmission of the data-transfer-acknowledge signal.

  • Patent number: 5943405
Abstract: A system is provided for enabling a subscriber using a credit call service to utilize a telecommunication service subscribed by the subscriber himself or herself. The credit call service system is provided with a service switcher station for registering telecommunication service information for identifying the telecommunication service that each terminal subscribes, a service controller for registering the telecommunication service information of the telecommunication service that the subscriber who subscribes the credit call service subscribes by himself or herself, and a service information replacement unit for replacing the telecommunication service information registered in the service switcher station by the telecommunication service information registered in the service controller upon the receipt the credit call service request from the subscriber.
