    Abstract: A vehicle body structure comprises a first cross member and a second cross member disposed on a floor (11) between a side sill (12) provided at both sides of a vehicle body and a floor tunnel (14) provided in a longitudinal direction in middle of the vehicle body, and a third cross member having one end, a front edge, and a rear edge thereof connected to the side sill (12), the first cross member (15), and the second cross member (16), respectively, between the first cross member (15) and the second cross member (16). This enables an improvement in stiffness of the vehicle body against side impact efficiently by a simple reinforcing structure.
