  • Publication number: 20180033897
Abstract: The present invention has an object of providing a conductive paste for forming solar cell electrodes that obtains favorable electrical characteristics and sufficient adhesion strength to a substrate. The conductive paste for forming a solar cell electrode includes the followings: tellurium-based glass frit containing 30-70 mol % of tellurium, 15-40 mol % of tungsten, 5-30 mol % of zinc, 0-20 mol % of boron, and 0-10 mol % of zirconium (where a total content of boron and zirconium is greater than 0 mol %) in terms of oxides; conductive powder having silver as a main component and specific surface area of 0.4 m2/g or more; and an organic vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20170218955
Abstract: A rotary compressor includes a cylinder having a cylinder chamber and bush groove, a piston housed in the cylinder chamber, a blade formed with the piston to separate the cylinder chamber into low and high pressure chambers, and a pair of bushes. The bushes are fitted in the bush groove with flat surfaces facing each other to hold the blade. The flat surface of at least the bush on the low-pressure side has a crowned portion starting from a position closer to the back pressure space than a swing center position, and extending toward an edge of the bush closer to the cylinder chamber. The swing center position is where a gap between the blade and the bush is constant while the piston rotates eccentrically.

  • Publication number: 20170218954
Abstract: A compressor includes a cylinder including a cylinder chamber, a piston movably arranged relative to the cylinder in the cylinder chamber, and a sliding member slideable against the cylinder and the piston in the cylinder chamber. The cylinder and the piston are constructed from an Al—Si alloy having a Si content exceeding 12.6 wt %, which is a eutectic point. The sliding member is constructed from steel and has a surface layer including a sliding surface slideable against the cylinder and the piston. The surface layer is treated so as to have greater hardness than hardness of proeutectic Si contained in the Al—Si alloy, and the surface layer has hardness of at least Hv 1000 in the sliding surface.

  • Publication number: 20160284889
Abstract: A conductive paste for a solar cell element front surface electrode that is used to form a front surface electrode of a solar cell element that is provided with a semiconductor substrate, an antireflective film disposed in a first region on one main surface of the semiconductor substrate, and a front surface electrode disposed in a second region on the one main surface of the semiconductor substrate. The conductive paste contains a conductive powder, a mixed glass frit, and an organic vehicle in which the mixed glass frit contains, in the form of mixture, a tellurium-based glass frit containing tellurium, tungsten, and bismuth as essential components and a lead-bismuth-based glass frit that contains lead and bismuth as essential components and that substantially does not contain tellurium.

  • Patent number: 4939732
Abstract: Errors occurring in information signals (each including control signals), dummy codes and attribute flags for the information signals and the dummy codes, transferred from a transmitting circuit to a receiving circuit through an interface line, with frames arranged in a serial transfer form are detected by using a cyclic redundancy check (CRC). The dummy codes and attribute flags for the dummy codes are not used in this checking. The re-transmission of signals in the frame resulting from a CRC error generated by the attribute flag for the dummy code changing to that of a control signal in the frame is avoided by: (1) providing, at the transmitting circuit, flags for determining the existence and the number of the control signal in the frame in front of the succeeding frame, and (2) comparing signals, relating to the flags, detected in the receiving circuit with the flags.

  • Patent number: 3955185
Abstract: To avoid useless power consumption in electronic apparatus equipped with display units, for example, such as electronic desk-top calculators with light-emitting diodes, a pair of timer arrangements are provided between the display units and power source thereof. The first timer arrangment serves to turn the display units from the first display condition to the second display condition or more particularly reduce brightness of the display units. After operating the first timer arrangment, power supply is inhibited to at least the display units by means of the second timer arrangment.
