  • Patent number: 12586677
Abstract: A management method includes: a determination step in which the management system determines a predicted delivery date or a predicted required time when an administration item is delivered to a hospital by using an estimated time or an actual required time when an analysis institution analyzes a gene of a specimen of a patient, an estimated time or an actual required time when a creation institution creates a recipe of the administration item to a patient from a genetic analysis result, and/or an estimated time or an actual required time when a manufacturing institution manufactures the administration item according to the recipe; and a transmission step in which information for displaying the predicted delivery date or the predicted required time is transmitted to a terminal.

  • Publication number: 20260057964
Abstract: A method of ranking epitopes derived from neoantigens as targets for personalized immunotherapy includes collecting candidate epitopes based on patient data of a cancer patient. A set of scores are calculated for each of the candidate epitopes, each of the scores in a respective one of the sets for a respective one of the candidate epitopes representing an independent measure of a likelihood of the respective one of candidate epitopes to elicit an immune response in the cancer patient. The scores in each of the sets of scores are combined into a single score for each of the candidate epitopes. The single scores for the candidate epitopes in each case reflect an overall likelihood of eliciting the immune response in the patient. The candidate epitopes are ranked using the single scores for the immunotherapy.

  • Publication number: 20260058025
Abstract: An information processing system comprising a first terminal, a second terminal, and a management system, in which the first terminal outputs a first hash value from data including at least target content, and transmits first verification data including either the first hash value or information based on the first hash value, the management system records the first verification data received from the first terminal in a blockchain, the management system reads the first verification data recorded in the blockchain and transmits the data to the second terminal, and the second terminal acquires a first hash value included in the first verification data received from the management system, acquires target content, generates a second hash value from the target content, and determines whether the first hash value matches the second hash value.

  • Publication number: 20250022552
Abstract: An information processing system has: a first diagnosis unit that diagnoses quality of a sequence of first fragmented DNA/RNA data, which a first sequencer has output for a sample extracted from a tissue of a target patient, using quality data output from the first sequencer, and determines at least one first diagnosis data indicating a diagnosis result; a second diagnosis unit that diagnoses quality of a sequence of second fragmented DNA/RNA data, which a second sequencer has output for the sample extracted from the tissue of the target patient, using quality data output from the second sequencer, and determines at least one second diagnosis data indicating a diagnosis result; and an output unit that outputs the synthesis DNA/RNA data from the first fragmented DNA/RNA data and the second fragmented DNA/RNA data based on the first diagnosis data and the second diagnosis data.
