Publication number: 20210304710Abstract: A stopper rail of a silent piano, which can make collision noise generated when a hammer shank collides against the stopper rail, blurred in the sense of pitch thereof and difficult to be recognized by the human ear, in a silent performance mode. In this mode, the stopper rail is contacted by the hammer shank of a hammer being pivotally moved to stop pivotal movement of the hammer. The stopper rail includes a rail body having a predetermined flexural rigidity allowing vibration, a first cushion provided on one surface of the hammer shank, for being contacted by the hammer shank being pivotally moved, and a vibration suppressing portion provided on an opposite surface of: the rail body to the first surface so as to apply a load to the rail body to suppress vibration of the rail body when the hammer shank contacts the rail body.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 29, 2021Publication date: September 30, 2021Inventor: Kousuke TANAKA

Patent number: 10161507Abstract: In a non-forward range, the same gear position as a forward first gear position is established in a stepped transmission. A hydraulic controller includes a second linear solenoid valve and third linear solenoid valve that respectively supply hydraulic pressure to a second clutch and first brake, and a selector valve that is provided in an oil passage upstream of the second and third linear solenoid valves and that switches between a state where hydraulic pressure is supplied to the oil passage and a state where supply of hydraulic pressure is cut off. When the non-forward range is set or when a vehicle is moving backward, the selector valve cuts off supply of hydraulic pressure to the oil passage. Thus, when there is a failure in the second or third linear solenoid valve, it is possible to suitably establish a gear position wherein the vehicle is not allowed to move backward.Type: GrantFiled: March 17, 2016Date of Patent: December 25, 2018Assignees: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHA, AISIN AW CO., LTD.Inventors: Kota Fujii, Koichi Okuda, Atsushi Tabata, Haruhisa Suzuki, Tooru Matsubara, Kazuyuki Noda, Yoshimitsu Hyodo, Kousuke Tanaka

Patent number: 9482338Abstract: When a user performs an operation to switch from a forward range to a reverse range, an ECU switches an oil passage (referred to hereafter as a “B2 pressure supply source oil passage”), through which oil pressure is supplied to a brake, from a first oil passage to a second oil passage while engaging the same brake. At this time, in consideration of a response delay in the oil pressure in the second oil passage, the ECU switches the B2 pressure supply source oil passage from the first oil passage to the second oil passage after a predetermined time ? elapses from the point at which the user performs the forward-reverse switch operation (in other words, after waiting for the oil pressure in the second oil passage to reach a threshold pressure) rather than at the point at which the user performs the forward-reverse switch operation.Type: GrantFiled: April 9, 2015Date of Patent: November 1, 2016Assignees: TOYOTA JIDOSHA KABUSHIKI KAISHA, AISIN AW CO., LTD.Inventors: Hideharu Nohara, Toshio Sugimura, Tooru Matsubara, Koichi Okuda, Kota Fujii, Kazuyuki Noda, Kousuke Tanaka
