More particularly, the present invention relates to a method for predicting the responsiveness of a colorectal cancer patient to cancer drug therapy, the method comprising analyzing the level of DNA methylation in a specimen comprising a colorectal cancer tissue, colorectal cancer cells, or colorectal cancer cell-derived DNA of a subject, and then determining the responsiveness of the subject to cancer drug therapy based on the level of DNA methylation.
