Abstract: A vehicle upholstery member includes an outer shell being placed from a placement part on an indoor side of a vehicle door toward the indoor side and a lattice-shaped rib structure consisting of a plurality of rib pieces, along a vehicle width direction crossing each other appropriately at least at a place corresponding to passenger hips in a space sandwiched between the outer shell and the placement part. A lateral width and a longitudinal width of each of lattice cells making up the rib structure substantially crossing at right angles to the vehicle width direction are set to 20-180 mm, respectively, a thickness of each of the rib pieces is set to 0.5-3 mm, and a value resulting from dividing a product of the lateral width and the longitudinal width by the thickness is set to 750-3600 mm.
