    Abstract: A galvanic coating apparatus for coating of relatively long objects. The coating apparatus is provided with a trough for accommodating a bath liquid with the trough including two opposite end walls, each of which are provided with an opening for permitting the long object to pass therethrough. The trough is disposed in a larger container which is also provided with two openings for accommodating the object to be coated. The openings in the trough and the container are arranged such that they are in alignment when the trough is disposed in the container.
