Abstract: A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having thereon at least a silver halide emulsion layer is described, wherein the photographic material contains a cyan dye-forming coupler represented by formula (I) ##STR1## wherein R represents an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl, aryl, or heterocylic ring group; B represents --O-- or --NR.sub.1 --, wherein R.sub.1 represents a hydrogen atom or an unsubstituted or substituted alkyl or aryl group; Z represents an unsubstituted or substituted aryl group or an alkyl or aralkyl group substituted by a carboxy group or a hydroxy group; A represents a substituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic ring group; and m represents 0 or 1, provided that when m is 0 the substituent is not an alkoxy group, a halogen atom or a cyano group.

Abstract: A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is described, comprising a coupler represented by formula (I): ##STR1## wherein A represents the residue of a coupler, R.sub.1 represents an alkyl group having from 4 to 15 carbon atoms, R.sub.2 represents an alkyl group having from 1 to 20 carbon atoms, with the total number of carbon atoms of R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 being from 8 to 27.

Abstract: A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a support base having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer and a cyan dye forming coupler. The coupler is a compound represented by the general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein the substituents in the general formula (I) are as defined in the specification. The coupler has good solubility in an organic solvent having a high boiling point and a high dye forming rate even in a color developing solution which does not contain benzyl alcohol. Further, the coupler provides a cyan color image having a high maximum density and excellent fastness to light. Decreasing in optical density of the cyan color image is not substantially observed even when the color photographic light-sensitive material is processed with a bleaching solution which has a weak oxidation power or a bleaching solution which is exhausted.

Abstract: A silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material which has superior fastness to both heat and light, exhibits absorption desirable from the viewpoint of color reproduction, and has superior color forming property is disclosed which comprises a support having thereon a cyan dye forming coupler represented by the following general formula (I) and a cyan dye forming coupler represented by the following general formula (II): ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.4 each represents a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, aryl or heterocyclic group, R.sup.2, R.sup.3 and R.sup.5 each represents a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, or a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl or aryl group, R.sup.6 represents a group with which a benzene ring can be substituted, X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 each represents a group which can be released upon an oxidative coupling reaction with a developing agent, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5 may combine together to form a 5-membered or 6-membered ring, and n represents an integer of 1 to 5.

Abstract: A color photographic light-sensitive material comprising a support having thereon a silver halide emulsion layer containing therein a coupler represented by the following general formula (I):Q-B (I)wherein Q represents a coupler residue capable of forming a magenta color image upon the coupling reaction with an oxidation product of a developing agent; and B represents a group containing an unsubstituted or substituted methylenedioxybenzene group.The magenta coupler containing a methylenedioxybenzene group is useful in preventing the formation of yellow stain due to light irradiation in unexposed areas of a color photographic light-sensitive material after color development processing. Color images formed from the coupler are resistant to fading even if the color images obtained after color development processing are irradiated with light.

Abstract: A silver halide color photographic material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a support base having provided thereon a fine grain silver halide emulsion layer and, positioned adjacent to the fine grain silver halide emulsion layer, a silver halide emulsion layer containing a coupler. The coupler is a phenolic cyan coupler substituted at the 5-position with an acylamino group and at the 2-position with an ureido group. The material has high sensitivity and good granularity. The material produces an image which has excellent fastness to light and heat.

Abstract: A color photographic silver halide light-sensitive material is described. The material includes a cyan coupler represented by the general formula (I): ##STR1## (the symbols are as described in the claims). This coupler is easily soluble in high boiling organic solvents, exhibits a high dye-forming rate in developers, and furthermore, provides color images of high fastness.

Abstract: A silver halide color photographic sensitive material is disclosed. The material is comprised of a substrate having a silver halide emulsion layer position thereon and a cyan dye forming coupler. The coupler is reresented by the general formula (I): ##STR1## wherein R represents a substituted or nonsubstituted alkyl group, aryl group or heterocyclic group, X represents a group capable of releasing by an oxidative coupling reaction with a developing agent, and R.sup.1 represents a substituted or nonsubstituted alkyl group or aryl group. The coupler of the invention can be easily dissolved in a high boiling point organic solvent and makes possible production of a light sensitive material having a high dye forming rate, high maximum color density and good fastness to light.
