The heater sheet includes a heat generating body, and an extending portion. A part of the heater wire in the extending portion is joined to the connector pin inside an outer periphery of the base material by a joining portion made of a conductive material. The outer periphery is formed with a window configured to join the heater wire to the connector pin by the joining portion in a state where a joining position is exposed to an outside of the outer periphery. The window is provided with a waterstop portion configured to restrict water from entering the joining position.
