  • Publication number: 20020138177
Abstract: A method of correcting positional error in an actuator that is equipped with a motor and a wave gear reduction drive that transmits a motor output to the target load. Positioning error relative to the absolute position of the actuator output shaft is measured, to compile error correction data relating to each position on the rotation of the motor shaft. The rotational position of the motor shaft is detected and rotational position correction information produced by adding error correction values assigned to the position concerned. The rotational positional error information thus produced is used as position feedback information for controlling the positioning of the output shaft.

  • Patent number: 6186205
Abstract: A pneumatic tire for a passenger car having a pair of bead portions, a toroidal carcass portion extending over both bead portions, at least two belt layers provided in a crown portion of the carcass, a tread portion positioned at an outer peripheral side of the belt layer, and side wall portions provided at the right and left sides of the tread portion, and which further includes a steel cord as a reinforcing material for reinforcing at least one layer of the carcass portion and the belt layer. The steel cord is formed by plying a plurality of filaments each having a strand diameter of 0.125 to 0.275 mm, and has an inflection point on an S—S curve. A reduction rate of a diameter of the steel cord under a load stress which is one third of breaking strength in comparison with a no load condition is equal to or more than 20%.

  • Patent number: 5232972
Abstract: An adhesive composition comprising a mixture of(1) a latex having a double construction of vinylpyridine-styrene-butadiene terpolymer prepared by(A) polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 30-60 wt % of styrene, 0.5-15 wt % of vinylpyridine and less than 60 wt % of butadiene and then(B) polymerizing a monomer mixture comprising 10-40 wt % of styrene, 5-20 wt % of vinylpyridine and 45-75 wt % of butadiene, and with the styrene content by percentage in (B) being less than that in (A) and(2) 10-30 parts on a solids basis of a thermosetting resin based on 100 parts on a solids basis of said latex (1).
