The swivel joint allows rotation of the tube with respect to the mouthpiece. The tube of the system can be connected to existing CPAP or similar machines. Air is delivered from the CPAP or similar machine through the tube and through a hole in the mouthpiece to the user's mouth, throat, and lungs.
