Abstract: In example implementations, an apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a communication interface, a location sensor, a personalized printer list generator, a display, and a processor. The processor is communicatively coupled to the communication interface, the location sensor, the personalized printer list generator, and the display to control operation of the communication interface, the location sensor, the personalized printer list generator, and the display. The communication interface is to communicate with a plurality of printers to identify available printers at a current geographic location. The location sensor is to detect the current geographic location. The personalized printer list generator is to generate a personalized printer list that prioritizes the plurality of printers at the current geographic location based on the user account. The display is to provide a graphical user interface to display the personalized printer list that is generated for the current geographic location.

Abstract: A selection method for determining an appropriate destination includes upon receiving at a browser a request for a service, a browser extension in the browser of an imaging client automatically accessing a user profile in an autonomous network service unrelated to the requested service. The imaging extension gets a criterion for selection of a destination method for providing a destination. One of a plurality of destination methods is automatically selected based on the criterion. At least one direct or indirect reference to the selected destination is obtained, and the browser is redirected to the selected destination using the reference.

Abstract: Methods and arrangements are provided for use in a printer and associated computer(s). The printer is configured to periodically and/or automatically detect when changes are being made to a print media supply tray and output/display the current configuration of the print media supply tray for use by the user and/or programs running on the computer. The current configuration of the print tray is determined using detectable mechanisms that are either hardware and/or software implemented. The configuration of the supply tray is displayed to the user via the printer display, a tray-mounted display, and/or though a graphical user interface (GUI) on the computer. The configuration is defined by at least the size and type of the print media associated with the supply tray.
