  • Patent number: 11166152
Abstract: A multi-SIM UE may perform network SIB acquisition for each network subscription. However, if the multi-SIM UE employs subscriptions for the same network these operations may be performed redundantly. By identifying that the UE is employing multiple subscriptions, the UE and network can perform a single SIB acquisition for multiple subscriptions, which reduces power consumption and optimize network signaling overhead. In an aspect of the disclosure, a method, a computer-readable medium, and an apparatus are provided.

  • Patent number: 11144832
Abstract: A system and method for determining an optimal solution to an optimization problem in a swarm of candidate solutions is provided. The invention comprises generating a population of random particles, where each particle is representative of a candidate solution. Further, a best particle is identified from the generated population of particles. The best particle is representative of an optimal solution. The population of particles is categorised into similar and non-similar particle groups by applying one or more multivariate measurement techniques, and similarity between the particles of the non-similar particle group with best particle is updated by applying an imitation technique. The generated population is updated with updated particles and a new best particle is evaluated from said population. Furthermore, final best particle is determined by further updating the population of particles until one or more target conditions are achieved.

  • Patent number: 11057501
Abstract: A WLAN driver of the TCP proxy device transmits network packets transmitted from a sender device over the data communication network to a wireless station. TCP network packets are diverted to a TCP proxy pipeline. First, the wireless receiver device is emulated to a wireless sender device by providing an ACK packet to the sender device in order to close the TCP session on the sender side by responding to a TCP handshake with the sender device. Second, the sender device is emulated to a wireless station over the wireless network connection by initiating a TCP handshake with a wireless station including receiving an ACK packet from the wireless station and suppressing the ACK packet from an initial destination associated with the sender device.

  • Patent number: 11025610
Abstract: The described embodiments employ aspects of distributed ledger technologies to facilitate electronic verification and sharing of profile information. Nodes maintaining a distributed ledger include—a first node that generates profile data, and second nodes that generate certificates verifying the generated profile data. The first node can be employed by a client device to generate profile data associated with a first identifier and referencing a second identifier for inclusion on a personal profile, such as a social media webpage. The client device can send the first node a request to have the profile data verified by the referenced second identifier. The profile data can be stored on a distributed ledger so that a second node associated with the second identifier can generate, on behalf of the second identifier, a certificate that verifies the stored profile data.

  • Patent number: 11006327
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described that provide for call continuity following radio link failure (RLF) through re-establishment of a voice call using a same or different radio access technology (RAT) before the call is dropped. Upon detection of RLF on a connection supporting a voice call, a UE may initiate a drop call timer and scan for available connections. The voice call may be attempted to be re-established if a connection is available on using a RAT of an existing connection. The voice call in such cases may continue without the call being dropped. Upon expiration of the drop call timer, the UE may attempt to establish a connection using a RAT identified during the duration of the drop call timer.

  • Patent number: 10912003
Abstract: For data packets are received from a plurality of sessions and associated with a plurality of transmitting Wi-Fi stations on the Wi-Fi network. The received data packets contend for access for transmission on the data communication network. Transmitting stations are grouped together when resource units are no longer available. Grouping can implement artificial intelligence such as K-means clustering.

  • Patent number: 10902543
Abstract: Systems and methods for insertion of a watermark into images and tampering detection of the watermarked images by a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) technique. The traditional systems and methods provide for detecting the tampering of the watermarked images by simply identifying a presence of an inserted watermark into an image but none them provide for inserting a random sequence into input image(s) and then detect the tampering by classifying the input image(s) by a neural network.

  • Patent number: 10869217
Abstract: A wireless communication network is self-provisioned using coordination of data plane behavior to steer stations to preferred access points. To do so, a policy concerning traffic flow for the wireless communication network is received. Data plane traffic flow is monitored at each of the plurality of access points distributed around the wireless communication network. At some point, it may be determined the data plane traffic flow at a first access point from needs to be reduced based on the data plane traffic flow relative to the policy. In response, a station is steered to a preferred access point using OpenFlow rules to affect data plane routing decisions at the access point (e.g., drop, delay, or reprioritize packets).
