  • Patent number: 12109749
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a process for producing bi-axially oriented polyester (BOPET) film from the recycled polyethylene terephthalate (RPET) granules. The process involves preparing recycled PET (RPET) granules form post-consumer recycled PET (PCR PET) by depolymerization and polycondensation followed by preparing the biaxially oriented polyethylene terephthalate (BOPET) film having recycled polyethylene terephthalate (RPET) up to 100%. The bi-axially oriented polyester film has good elongation, mechanical and/or thermal properties and are similar in quality to virgin PET films useful in high end food and pharma packaging and industrial applications.

  • Patent number: 10331627
Abstract: An approach is described for providing unified technological stack management (e.g., via a global storage instance) where metadata is delocalized from storage nodes. The approach includes creating a global storage instance, wherein the global storage instance contains metadata for a storage layer including a plurality of storage nodes, and wherein the global storage instance is delocalized from the plurality of storage nodes. The approach also includes receiving a database operation request from an operating system layer. The approach further includes mediating the database operation request between the operating system layer and the storage layer using the global storage instance.

  • Patent number: 10264089
Abstract: A system and method are provided for rule configuration for communication protocols. A set of rules associated with a plurality of network resources associated with a server is received at the server from another server. The set of rules is stored in a data storage associated with the server. A request is received at the server from a computing device, for accessing a network resource. One or more rules associated with the network resource are determined from the rules in the data storage. A mapping between the request and each of the one or more rules is determined. If the mapping provides one or more matches between one or more parameters of the request and the one or more rules, a modified request is generated based on the one or more matches. Access to the network resource is provided to the computing device based on the modified request.

  • Patent number: 9544317
Abstract: Identification of potential fraudulent website activity is performed based on log entry analysis. A log entry representing a user referral from an external referrer is processed to determine whether the referred user performed a log in procedure at a user account website of an organization. The external referrer is, for example, a phishing website. In one example, the referred user first accesses an enterprise website of the organization via the phishing website and subsequently accesses the user account website via the phishing website. In an alternate example, the referred user only accesses the user account website via the phishing website. Upon determining the referred user performed a log in procedure at the user account website, a fraud prevention system is notified.

  • Patent number: 9535688
Abstract: The deployment of application revisions and performing of application rollbacks across multiple application servers is streamlined by reducing the number of files that are communicated to the application servers to perform updates and rollbacks. An application service is provided by multiple application servers each executing a plurality of compiled code files associated with the application service. Each application server receives a compiled code file corresponding to an update for one of the plurality of compiled code files associated with the application service. The one compiled code file is replaced with the received compiled code file corresponding to the update. The application servers then provide an updated version of the application service by executing the plurality of compiled code files including the replacement compiled code file corresponding to the update. Application rollback is performed using compiled code files stored in a local repository of each application server.

  • Patent number: 9176807
Abstract: A device may receive a first alert from a first technology layer of an information technology system. The first alert may be associated with an occurrence of a first event within the first technology layer. The device may receive a second alert from a second, different technology layer of the information technology system. The second alert may be associated with an occurrence of a second event within the second technology layer. The device may determine that the first alert is related to the second alert. The device may generate, based on the first alert being related to the second alert, a third alert that includes information associated with the first alert and information associated with the second alert. The device may provide the third alert to at least one of the first technology layer or the second technology layer.

  • Patent number: 8892947
Abstract: An automation framework for a multi-node environment is described. A first host computer executes a parser, a first execution engine, a first communication component, and a first logger. A second host computer executes a second execution engine, a second communication component, and a second logger. The parser parses a test case suite to identify multiple script instructions to test an application. The first execution engine executes the first script instruction to locally execute the first script instruction. The first communication component communicates an execution request to the second communication component to remotely execute the first script instruction. The second communication component instructs the second execution engine to execute the first script instruction. The first and the second logger log a first and a second result of executing the first script instruction on the first and the second host computer. The first logger outputs the first result and/or the second result.

  • Publication number: 20130254761
Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for identifying and tracing an individual session of a web application hosted at a server in a network communication system, based on a request message from a client requesting a function of the web application. Data stored in a database may be accessed by one or more virtual machines executing at the server via one or more data connections from a connection pool allocated to each of the virtual machines. Reference and logging information are stored for each virtual machine and corresponding connection pool, thereby enabling operations performed by each virtual machine for the requested function to be traced with a relatively high degree of granularity at each of various functional layers or tiers of the network communication system.
