Abstract: A unified catalog of products and services is described. In one implementation, a method may include receiving an indication of products, offered by a business, that are to be provided to a customer of the business, where the products are defined in a catalog based on a hierarchical product model. The method further includes determining pricing information relating to the products, the determination of the pricing information including: identifying, based on the catalog, a plurality of pricing formulas associated with the plurality of products, and applying the pricing formulas to determine the pricing information.

Abstract: Techniques described herein may provide for end-to-end integration of business systems used in the sale and fulfillment flow for products provided by a business. In one implementation, a method may include receiving a request for a contract relating to products and services offered by a business; and transmitting a message, to one or more workers, indicating that the one or more first workers are to generate the contract. The method may further include receiving the generated contract from the one or more workers; transmitting, in response to reception of a signed version of the contract, a message initiating order fulfillment for the products and services to which the contract relates; determining, as part of the order fulfillment, a plurality of work orders corresponding to the products and services to which the contract relates, and issuing the plurality of work orders to a plurality of provisioning departments of the business.

Abstract: A method may include receiving a sales order for a customer telecommunications service associated with an enterprise customer. The sales order includes at least one location associated with the enterprise customer. The method includes determining at least one service order based on the customer telecommunications system and each at least one location, and determining a plurality of work orders to implement each of the at least one service order. The method also includes generating a task to collect customer configuration data associated with each of the plurality of work orders and collecting the customer configuration data based on the task to collect the customer configuration data. The method further includes releasing the plurality of work orders and a relationship between the plurality of work orders to a provisioning workflow management device. The provisioning workflow management device is configured to implement provisioning based on the collected customer configuration data.
