  • Publication number: 20240110115
Abstract: The present invention discloses a homogenous cerium (Ce) catalyst composition comprising Ce(IV) complex alone, or Ce(IV) complex in a mixture with Ce(III) complex, that can significantly improve both LPG and soot combustion, resulting in higher flame temperatures, faster heating, reduced cooking time and reduced fuel consumption. The cerium(III) complex is cerium(III) 2-ethylhexanoate and the cerium(IV) complex is aqua(2-N-(2-hydroxyethylimino)-4-pentanoate) dinitrocerium(IV) [Ce(L1)(H2O)(NO3)2], wherein L1 is 2-N-(2-hydroxyethylimino)-4-pentanone.

  • Patent number: 11525098
Abstract: The present disclosure describes an additive composition comprising: (a) an organometallic compound; (b) a nitrogen-containing compound; (c) an aryl peroxide; and (d) at least one solvent, wherein the organometallic compound to the nitrogen-containing compound to the aryl peroxide weight ratio is in a range of 7:0.5:0.5-9:1.5:1.5. The addition of additive composition not only synergistically improves the properties of the at least one fuel, such as, LPG for use as torch gas for cutting and welding application, but also reduces the consumption of both fuel and oxygen for cutting applications. The present disclosure is also directed towards a process for preparation of the fuel composition.

  • Publication number: 20210265041
Abstract: A system to transparently and efficiently coordinate a process across at least two independent Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to allow interoperability of the PACS to acquire, retrieve, transmit, store and/or display medical images of patients. The system includes: (1) a rule engine defining a set of transformation rules for data related to the images; (2) a data unification and transformation engine identifying and resolving any conflict of the data, and tracking and assigning a unique super-identity or super-value to the data; (3) at least one database storing a list of the data and the tracking and assignment of the super-identities or super-values; (4) a security framework that controls access to the data; and (5) a control engine performing the process steps.

  • Publication number: 20160108786
Abstract: A system to calculate concentration of diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) in an exhaust of an engine is disclosed. The system includes a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) module, a diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) module, a first NOx sensor, a second NOx sensor, and a control module. The SCR module is adapted to receive exhaust gas. The diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) module introduces the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) into the exhaust and is upstream of the SCR module. The first NOx sensor is in fluid communication with exhaust to detect a first NOx value of the exhaust gas at a location upstream of the SCR module. The second NOx sensor is in fluid communication with exhaust to detect a second NOx value of the exhaust gas at a location downstream of the SCR module. The control module is in communication with the first NOx sensor, the SCR module, and the second NOx sensor to calculate a numeric value of the concentration of the diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) based on a conversion ratio.
