Abstract: A system for organizing, storing and displaying jewelry, accessories and the like is described, which includes a first panel, wherein the first panel comprises a front surface and a back surface, the front surface is composed of an impenetrable magnetic material and the back surface is composed a support material. The system further includes a second panel comprising a non-laminar, non-slip material on its outer surface for supporting at least one modular mounting unit when positioned on said outer surface of the second panel. The second panel overlays the first panel. The at least one modular mounting unit is placed on the outer surface of the second panel. Each modular mounting unit includes one or more magnetic securing elements for securing the modular mounting unit to the first panel adjacent the outer surface of the second panel. Said modular mounting units are uniquely shaped and configured for displaying and organizing jewelry, accessories and the like and may be positioned as desired.
