  • Publication number: 20170128306
Abstract: Compression systems and methods for tightening a garment and/or applying a pressure through the garment may include a garment, a lacing system, and a tightening apparatus. The compression system may be used for tightening the garment about a portion of a body and/or applying pressure to a portion of the body by pressure applying regions of the garment. The lacing system may include lacing guide and at least one lace guided by the lacing guide members. The tightening apparatus may be coupled to the at least one lace and may be configured to apply tension on the at least one lace to tighten the garment about the portion of the body.

  • Publication number: 20170095395
Abstract: Compression garments and methods may include a head garment configured to be positioned around both sides of a head of a body from a posterior of the head to an anterior of the head (e.g., wherein the head garment may include a plurality of controllable head pressure applying regions positionable proximate at least cheeks and a posterior of the head) and a neck garment (e.g., coupled to the head garment). The compression garments and methods may also include a torso garment. Such garment portions may include one or more controllable pressure applying regions to move lymph from the head downward.

  • Publication number: 20170095393
Abstract: A compression garment system and method that may include a head garment portion configured to be donned on a head of a body. The compression garment and method may further include a neck garment portion configured to be donned on a neck of the body. A controller may be configured to control pressure applied by each of one or more head pressure applying regions and/or each of one or more neck pressure applying regions to move lymph at least from the head towards the neck.

  • Publication number: 20170095394
Abstract: Compression systems and methods may include a garment configured to be donned on, for example, a head and a neck of a body. For example, the garment may include a static garment portion configurable to apply a static pressure to a portion of the head and a dynamic garment portion including one or more pressure applying regions controllable to apply pressure to the head and neck. Further, a controller may be configured to control pressure applied by the one or more pressure applying regions.

  • Publication number: 20170095396
Abstract: Compression garments may include mitts and tightening apparatus to don, or put on, such compression garments. The mitts may be configured to receive a user's hand such that the user can move one or more portions of the garments using the mitts. The tightening apparatus may allow a user to selectively tighten or loosen the garments about the user's body portions. Once donned, the compression garments may apply pressure to one or more regions of the user's body such as, e.g., arm regions, shoulder regions, torso regions, and neck regions.
