The method includes interpreting the user request to produce a query of dataset(s) for the fleet, and executing the query for data of the vehicles. The method includes determining, and generating a chart in a second frame of the GUI that graphically illustrates, a moving average repair cost per unit of in-service time for a plurality of time periods within the date range from the in-service time and repair costs.
