Abstract: An exercise weight bar is disclosed. The exercise weight bar includes an elongated, U-shaped member in which the U-shaped member is a solid tube having a first side, a second side, a first end, and a second end. First and second caps are disposed on first and second ends of the U-shaped member. The U-shaped member is configured to be used with a mountable wall assembly in which the first side and second side of the U-shaped member are releasably secured within the mountable wall assembly for grasping by a user's hands in maintaining proper form and posture of the user during an all body workout. The U-shaped member is also configured for use as a free weight when slidably released from the mountable wall assembly.
