Abstract: An instant messaging and measuring instant communication effectiveness is set out. The disclosure is directed towards measuring the performance of the chat by chat goal that is a composition of metrics to be achieved during the conversation. The disclosure is directed to a system and method for chat communication evaluation in the form of achievements marking that are based on predefined conditions. The conditions are configured on the processor of the second user (also referred to as the chat operator) and are further transferred to the server for storage purposes. The goal is a composition of information collected by the system about the first user (end-user) as for example previously visited page, purchase, time spent on the page. Goal collection may be extended over time and interrupted by other events.

Abstract: The embodiment creates a customer behaviour scoring system allowing to estimate customer performance. It is organized around so-called goals which serves as assessment metrics. The metrics can be custom made and tailored in line with the embodiment user needs. It uses the three different methods based on URLs, API calls and custom variables to assess web page or application visitor's activity. The embodiment uses conditions set up in the backend infrastructure to verify if certain action should be counted as goal and it displays it in the form of reports presenting customer behaviour. This system shall serve as a support to online assessment of customer performance.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for monitoring digital advertising campaigns are disclosed. An example apparatus includes an application monitoring apparatus operating in relation to a web browser on a panelist device. The apparatus includes a database comprising advertisement identification rules configured to identify advertisements within webpage code. The application monitoring apparatus also includes a browser interface configured to analyze webpages accessed by a browser and apply the advertisement identification rules to determine website code that is associated with the advertisement. Conditioned upon detecting an advertisement, the browser interface is configured to copy a portion of the website code that is associated with the advertisement including a creative file source of the advertisement. The browser interface also stores the copied website code to a log file and transmits the log file to a monitoring system.
