The locus and the first entry can be compared to determine if the contextual reminder should be provided to the mobile station. The contextual reminder can be provided to the mobile station based on the comparison. The reminder can be provided when at least one of the time, the date and the geographical position of the mobile station is proximate to at least one of the time, date, and location of the entry.

Abstract: A mobile device identifies whether potentially distracting applications are running on the mobile device as well as the activity of the user, via at least one sensor on the mobile device. The response to an inquiry from the mobile station is a recommendation that includes information about the identified search query and/or result resident on one or more of the other mobile stations.
