Abstract: A multicompartment system of nanocapsule-in-nanocapsule type based on hyaluronic acid derivative is designed for encapsulation of peptides and/or hydrophobic active compounds, either simultaneously or separately, where surfactants, emulsifiers and/or stabilizers are not required for the system stability. The system functions as a carrier which enables protection of sensitive hydrophilic substances against aggressive external environment, and the resulting degradation and deactivation, and makes it possible to concurrently administer active substances of varied hydrophilicity. A method is provided of producing a multicompartment nanocapsule-in-nanocapsule system in the form of water-in-oil-in-water double emulsion.
