  • Patent number: 10574105
Abstract: An inner-rotor type motor includes an iron core having a magnetic yoke portion and a plurality of magnetic pole portions. The magnetic yoke portion includes an assembly hole through which a shaft extends. A plurality of magnetic pole portions is arranged around the magnetic yoke portion. The iron core includes a plurality of receiving grooves. Each receiving groove is formed between two adjacent magnetic pole portions. The permanent magnets are received in the receiving grooves. At least one abutting member is coupled with an outer periphery of the shaft and includes a radial extension portion having a guiding surface. The guiding surface abuts against at least one of permanent magnets. The iron core, the permanent magnets, and the at least one abutting member of the rotor are received in a compartment of the stator. The shaft of the rotor is rotatably coupled to the stator.

  • Patent number: 10476325
Abstract: An inner-rotor motor and a rotor of the inner-rotor motor reduce noise or vibration generated during the rotation of the motor. The rotor includes a shaft, an iron core, a plurality of permanent magnets and a limiting member. The iron core includes a magnetic yoke portion coupled with an outer periphery of the shaft, as well as a plurality of magnetic pole portions circumferentially coupled with an outer periphery of the magnetic yoke portion. The iron core forms a plurality of receiving portions, and each receiving portion is formed between two adjacent magnetic pole portions. The permanent magnets are received in the receiving portions, respectively. The limiting member is arranged at one side of the iron core, and includes a covering face covering the permanent magnets in the axle direction of the shaft.

  • Publication number: 20180159385
Abstract: A silicon steel plate used to form a stator of a motor is disclosed. The silicon steel plate includes a plurality of magnetic pole units. Each of the plurality of magnetic pole units includes a magnetic yoke portion, a pole portion and a boost portion. The magnetic yoke portions of the plurality of magnetic pole units are connected as a magnetic yoke ring. The boost portion includes an inner face, and the inner faces of the boost portions of the plurality of magnetic pole units form a receiving hole. The receiving hole has a maximal diameter, the silicon steel plate has a maximal diameter, and a ratio of the maximal diameter of the receiving hole to the maximal diameter of the silicon steel plate is 0.54-0.84.
