The slot has a first closed end and a second closed end. The ground element is coupled to the metal mechanism element. The feeding radiation element has a feeding point. The feeding radiation element is coupled to the ground element. The dielectric substrate has a first surface and a second surface which are opposite to each other. The feeding radiation element is disposed on the first surface of the dielectric substrate. The second surface of the dielectric substrate is adjacent to the metal mechanism element. The slot of the metal mechanism element is excited to generate a first frequency band and a second frequency band. The feeding radiation element is excited to generate a third frequency band.
Abstract: The present invention provides an object automatic tracking system, which includes an image capturing device, a computing device and a display device, and the computing device includes a first computing module and a second computing module. The captured-in image is converted into a frame data and determined as either the first data or the second data according to the type of each frame. The first data is to obtain a property information and a location information of each target object in the image; and the second data is to obtain the trajectory information of each target object. Finally, the property information, the location information and the trajectory information are combined and output to the display device.

Abstract: The present invention provides an automatic labeling system and operating method thereof. The automatic labeling system comprises a data access end, a CPU and a GPU. The CPU may co-operate with the GPU to use the data which is saved in the data access end for training neural network models, and therefore to create automatic prediction algorithms which are used to process and label different types of data automatically. Therefore, the present invention is able to establish object detection datasets, semantic segmentation datasets and tracking datasets automatically. On the other hand, the present invention further provides a quantitative evaluation tool which is used for evaluating the trained neural network models.
Abstract: A display device includes a screen, a screen support and a fixing module. The screen support is pivotally connected to the screen, and the screen support includes a first end and a second end. The fixing module is detachably connected to the screen support and includes a first sub-component and a second sub-component. The first sub-component has a first surface and a second surface, and the first sub-component is selectively connected to one of the first end and the second end. The second sub-component has a third surface and a fourth surface, and the second sub-component is configured for clamping a board. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for detecting the focus of attention. The method includes: obtaining the face of a person in the first image, as well as the result of facial recognition; determining whether the distance between the person and the target is within an effective attention range; determining whether the face is frontal; determining whether the effective attention period is not shorter than a period threshold; detecting the focus of attention for the person to the target.
Abstract: A device of application of a cold surface of a thermoelectric cooling (TEC) chip, the device includes a cooling part, a plate coil, a pump, a reservoir and a pipeline, the cooling part is used for connecting to the cold surface of TEC chip, the pump transfers antifreeze to circulate through the cooling part, the plate coil and the reservoir. Due the cooling part and the plate coil have large heat exchange area and excellent thermal conductivities, the device according to the present invention immediately conducts the cold temperature of the cold surface of TEC chip on operation of the TEC chip, the cooling efficiency thereof meets the standards of vehicle air conditioners and other products, so that the device according to the present invention has extremely high industrial availability.
Abstract: The embodiments of the disclosure provide a method for adjusting a displayed content, a host, and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes: displaying a visual content, wherein the visual content comprises a first virtual object and a second virtual object; and in response to determining that a synchronization mode associated with the first virtual object is activated, automatically adjusting a first posture of the first virtual object at least based on a host posture of the host and maintaining a second posture of the second virtual object.

The epitaxial structure is disposed in the semiconductor substrate. The silicide structure is disposed in the epitaxial structure. The conductive structure is disposed over the silicide structure and is electrically connected to the silicide structure. The protection segment is made of metal nitride, is disposed over the silicide structure, and is disposed between the silicide structure and the conductive structure.
Abstract: A device of drawing out surface heat of an electronic component includes a housing, a liquid inlet port, a liquid outlet port, a partition wall and flow guiding walls. The housing includes opposite a contact wall and a heat dissipating wall, and a side wall respectively connected to the contact wall and the heat dissipating wall. The liquid inlet port and the liquid outlet port are formed on the side wall. The partition wall is formed in the housing, and connected to inner surfaces of the contact wall, the heat dissipating wall and the side wall, to divide an interior of the housing into an inflow channel and an outflow channel. The flow guiding walls are respectively formed in the inflow channel and the out flow channel, and connected to the inner surface of the contact wall.
Abstract: Structures and methods for reducing process charging damages are disclosed. In one example, a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) structure is disclosed. The SOI structure includes: a substrate, a polysilicon region and an etch stop layer. The substrate includes: a handle layer, an insulation layer arranged over the handle layer, and a buried layer arranged over the insulation layer. The polysilicon region extends downward from an upper surface of the buried layer and terminates in the handle layer. The etch stop layer is located on the substrate. The etch stop layer is in contact with both the substrate and the polysilicon region.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) lithography system that includes a radiation source having a laser device configured with a mechanism to generate an EUV radiation. The method includes collecting a laser beam profile of a laser beam from the laser device in a 3-dimensional (3D) mode; collecting an EUV energy distribution of the EUV radiation generated by the laser beam in the 3D mode; performing an analysis to the laser beam profile and the EUV energy distribution, resulting in an analysis data; and adjusting the radiation source according to the analysis data to enhance the EUV radiation.
Abstract: A lithium-ion battery includes an electrode with a plurality of channels formed at least partially through its thickness. Each channel has a diameter in a range from 5 ?m to 100 ?m and/or is spaced apart from another channel by a distance in a range from 10 ?m to 200 ?m as measured between centerlines of the channels. The electrode may be an anode and includes carbonaceous material such as graphite and/or additional electrochemically active lithium host materials. The battery can be charged at a C-rate greater than 2 C.

Abstract: A heat dissipating device includes a box, a flow dispersion layer, a heat exchange layer, a fan and a pump, wherein the box includes a liquid storage part, a liquid-air mixing part, a liquid inlet, a liquid outlet, an air inlet and an air outlet, the flow dispersion layer is disposed in liquid-air mixing part and has a plurality of through holes, the heat exchange layer is disposed in liquid-air mixing part and has a continuous phase framework and pores, the fan is connected to the air inlet, and the pump is connected to the liquid outlet. The heat dissipating device forcibly disperses high temperature liquid, and prolongs falling time of the high temperature liquid, to allow low temperature air directly exchange heat with the high temperature liquid, so that the heat dissipation efficiency thereof is greatly enhanced to meet the demands of electronics, air conditioning and other industries.

The axial line of the first driver unit and the axial line of the second driver unit forms a coaxial axial line or parallel axial lines. The cylinder case is hollow. The first driver unit and the second driver unit are disposed inside the cylinder case and contacts the inner wall of the cylinder case so that the central axial line of the cylinder case is parallel to the coaxial axial line or the parallel axial lines. A speak device includes a plurality of speaker systems. By the aforementioned configuration, even driver units may be disposed in a common cavity.
