    Abstract: A semiconductor-on-insulator (SOI) structure and a method for forming the SOI structure. The method includes forming a first dielectric layer on a first semiconductor layer. A second semiconductor layer is formed over an etch stop layer. A cleaning solution is provided to a first surface of the first dielectric layer. The first dielectric layer is bonded under the second semiconductor layer in an environment having a substantially low pressure. An index guiding layer may be formed over the second semiconductor layer. A third semiconductor layer is formed over the second semiconductor layer. A distance between a top of the third semiconductor layer and a bottom of the second semiconductor layer varies between a maximum distance and a minimum distance. A planarization process is performed on the third semiconductor layer to reduce the maximum distance.

    Abstract: Horse riding fitness equipment includes a base provided at the top thereof with two support rods for pivotally connecting with four linked plates. Two linked plates of the four linked plates are located correspondingly to each other and are hung downward in such a manner that the lower ends extending downward from a seat frame are pivotally connected to the lower ends of the linked plates. Thereby, the seat frame is suspended from the support rods via the linked plates, and a cushion fixed on the seat frame can swing back and forth relative to the support rods. When the user sits on the cushion and starts to straighten his/her back repeatedly, the user will feel a sensation similar to riding a horse.

    Abstract: A wiggle stepper includes a base member, an adjust seat mounted on the base member, two platforms respectively pivotally mounted to the base member, a connector for connecting the platform and a cylinder that is mounted between the platform and the base member. Each platform is moved upwardly and downward, and wiggled obliquely to prevent the moving route of the platform from forming a dead space for user to smoothly operate the two platforms. The user can adjust the position of the adjust seat for adjusting the tension from the adjust seat according to the physical strength of the user.
