Abstract: The present disclosure provides a co-formulation that includes an antibody that binds specifically to C5 and a C5 iRNA which is a glycoconjugate that includes a ligand having terminal N-Acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) residues and/or N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) residues. Methods for reducing degradation of glycoconjugate RNA by beta-hexosaminidase enzyme are also provided. The present disclosure also includes methods for treating or preventing a C5-associated disease or disorder by administering one or more doses of an anti-C5 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof in combination with one or more doses of a C5 iRNA; preferably wherein the anti-C5 antibody or fragment and the C5 iRNA are in a co-formulation. The present disclosure also includes dosing regimens for treating C5-associated disease or disorder with a combination of anti-C5 antibody and C5 iRNA in subjects that either are treatment naïve or are switching from a previous C5 inhibitor therapy.

Abstract: The present invention provides dosing regimens of anti-C5 antibodies, such as pozelimab, for treating or preventing C5-associated diseases such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria or CHAPLE disease.

The storage device is in a local terminal having a random access memory (RAM). The file system is configured in the storage device. The operating system (OS) receives a starting-program command to activate the program and stores the header into the storage device. The license verification component prevents the OS from loading the program in the RAM, and works with at least one of the OS and a remote server to perform a license verification, wherein after there is a license verification pass, the license verification component allows the program to be loaded in the RAM.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a preparation of modified organic core materials and metallic shell composite microspheres, in which, the surface zeta potential of an organic core materials can attract the opposite zeta potential of the polyelectrolyte and form a polyelectrolyte layer so as to modify the surface of organic core materials. Moreover, the polyelectrolyte layer could attract a first metal ions, particles or complexes added later in suitable condition such that the surface of organic core materials could be metallized and covered with a first metal layer. Furthermore, the organic core materials could be covered with at least one surface metal layer. The first metal layer can be modified by second metal layer with redox-transmetalation® technology to obtain multi-metal layers organic-metallic composite structure.

Abstract: A method of developing a means for detecting a genetic disorder. The method involves identifying a microsatellite marker and a single nucleotide polymorphism marker. Presence of both the microsatellite marker and the single nucleotide polymorphism marker in a subject indicates that the subject is suffering from or at risk for suffering from a genetic disorder.
