    Abstract: A method for retrieving information about similar medical devices is provided, which includes the following steps: obtaining a first technical context of a specific medical device; utilizing a first machine-learning model to extract one or more technical items of the specific medical device based on technical content of the first technical context; utilizing the first machine-learning model to generate candidate medical devices using the technical items; searching a database for device information about the candidate medical devices; retrieving summary files of the candidate medical devices from the database based on the device information; utilizing the first machine-learning model to infer a second technical context of each candidate medical device; and determining a most similar medical device for the specific medical device according to a similarity score for each candidate medical device calculated from the second technical context and the first technical context using a second machine-learning model.

    Abstract: A gait evaluating system including a processor is provided. The processor identifies whether a gait type of the user belongs to a normal gait, a non-neuropathic gait or a neuropathic gait based on step feature values of a user and walking limb feature values of the user. In response to that the gait type of the user belongs to the non-neuropathic gait, the processor controls the display panel to display a first auxiliary information, a second auxiliary information, and a third auxiliary information. The first auxiliary information indicates a potential sarcopenia of the user. The second auxiliary information indicates a dietary guideline for muscle building and muscle strengthening. The third auxiliary information shows a motion instruction video for regaining or maintaining muscle strength of the user.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a co-formulation that includes an antibody that binds specifically to C5 and a C5 iRNA which is a glycoconjugate that includes a ligand having terminal N-Acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc) residues and/or N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) residues. Methods for reducing degradation of glycoconjugate RNA by beta-hexosaminidase enzyme are also provided. The present disclosure also includes methods for treating or preventing a C5-associated disease or disorder by administering one or more doses of an anti-C5 antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof in combination with one or more doses of a C5 iRNA; preferably wherein the anti-C5 antibody or fragment and the C5 iRNA are in a co-formulation. The present disclosure also includes dosing regimens for treating C5-associated disease or disorder with a combination of anti-C5 antibody and C5 iRNA in subjects that either are treatment naïve or are switching from a previous C5 inhibitor therapy.
