Abstract: Method to form low-contact-resistance contacts to source/drain features are provided. A method of the present disclosure includes receiving a workpiece including an opening that exposes a surface of an n-type source/drain feature and a surface of a p-type source/drain feature, selectively depositing a first silicide layer on the surface of the p-type source/drain feature while the surface of the n-type source/drain feature is substantially free of the first silicide layer, depositing a metal layer on the first silicide layer and the surface of the n-type source/drain feature, and depositing a second silicide layer over the metal layer. The selectively depositing includes passivating the surface of the surface of the n-type source/drain features with a self-assembly layer, selectively depositing the first silicide layer on the surface of the p-type source/drain feature, and removing the self-assembly layer.

Abstract: A method, system, and arrangement for resetting qubits are disclosed. An example system includes one or more quantum circuit refrigerators for resetting qubits. Each of the quantum circuit refrigerators includes a tunneling junction and a control input for receiving a control signal. Photon-assisted single-electron tunneling takes place across the respective tunneling junction in response to a control signal. Capacitive or inductive coupling elements between the qubits and the quantum circuit refrigerators couple each qubit to the quantum circuit refrigerator(s). The qubits, quantum circuit refrigerators, and coupling elements are located in a cryogenically cooled environment. A common control signal line to the control inputs crosses into the cryogenically cooled environment from a room temperature environment.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for screening mobile terminal visual attention abnormalities in children based on multimodal data learning. A calibration video and a testing video are set up, and a head-face video of children while watching the calibration video and the testing video on smartphones is recorded, respectively. An eye-tracking estimation model is constructed to predict the fixation point location from the head-face video corresponding to the testing video frame by frame and to extract the eye-tracking features. Facial expression features and head posture features are extracted. A Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) network is used to fuse different modal features and realize the mapping from multimodal features to category labels. In the testing stage, the head-face video of children to be classified while watching the videos on smartphones is recorded, and the features are extracted and input into the post-training model to determine whether they are abnormal.

A two-stage curing of epoxy bonding oil includes a first-stage curing at room temperature whereby the cured product is in a thermoplastic state and a second-stage curing at 100° C. to 180° C. whereby the cured product is in a thermosetting state. It solves the contradiction between sticking wheels and bonding performance of the bonding layer in field of road and bridge pavement, exploring a new direction for the waterproof bonding layer materials in road and bridge pavement such as steel bridge deck pavement, concrete bridge deck pavement and tunnel pavement.
