    Abstract: An LED lighting device includes a seat, an optical assembly and a light source. The seat has a baseplate and a sidewall. A chamber is formed between the baseplate and the sidewall. The optical assembly completely covers a light-emitting side of the LED lighting device. The light source is disposed in the chamber of the seat and includes multiple LED arrays. Each LED array includes an LED chip. The optical assembly includes an optical unit. The optical unit includes multiple first optical members and multiple second optical members corresponding to the first optical members. The LED arrays correspond to the first optical members. Each first optical member possesses an effect of light diffusion resulting from its own material property. Each second optical member includes one or more sets of optical walls. Each set of optical walls surrounds one of the first optical members.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an image matching method, an image matching device, and a storage medium. A first image sequence and a second image sequence are acquired, and thus a first object and a second object are reconstructed and generated based on the first image sequence and the second image sequence respectively. The registration of the first object and the second object are further performed, and a mapping relationship obtained according to a registration result may indicate a correspondence between image frames in the first image sequence and image frames in the second image sequence. Compared with setting a difference value artificially, obtaining the correspondence between image frames in the first image sequence and image frames in the second image sequence by using the image matching method improves the matching accuracy.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to methods for the formation of high-voltage nano-sheet transistors and low-voltage gate-all-around transistors on a common substrate. The method includes forming a fin structure with first and second nano-sheet layers on the substrate. The method also includes forming a gate structure having a first dielectric and a first gate electrode on the fin structure and removing portions of the fin structure not covered by the gate structure. The method further includes partially etching exposed surfaces of the first nano-sheet layers to form recessed portions of the first nano-sheet layers in the fin structure and forming a spacer structure on the recessed portions. In addition, the method includes replacing the first gate electrode with a second dielectric and a second gate electrode, and forming an epitaxial structure abutting the fin structure.
