    Abstract: A media docking device includes an input circuit, an output circuit and a processing circuit. The input circuit is electrically connected to a media source device for receiving media data. The output circuit is electrically connected to a media play device. The processing circuit is electrically connected to the input circuit and the output circuit. The processing circuit determines if a verification procedure is passed. If the verification procedure is passed, the processing circuit transfers the media data to the media play device. If the verification procedure is not passed, the processing circuit limits a transmission of the media data, such that the media data will not be completely played by the media play device.

If the instruction is received, the processing module limits a transmission of the media data according to the instruction, such that the media data will not be completely played by the media play device.

    Abstract: A variable aperture module includes a blade assembly including movable blades, a positioning element including positioning structures and a driving part including a rotation element. The movable blades are disposed around an optical axis to form a light passable hole with adjustable size for different hole size states and each have an inner surface to define the contour of the light passable hole in each hole size state. The positioning structures correspond to the movable blades. The rotation element is rotatable with respect to the positioning element and is configured to rotate the movable blades to adjust a size of the light passable hole. There are matte structures disposed on each inner surface. Each matte structure is single structure extending towards the optical axis, such that at least part of the contour of the light passable hole has an undulating shape at least in several hole size states.

    Abstract: A display device which is not harmful to the human eye in respect of blue light includes a display panel, a backlight module, and a light adjusting component. The backlight module includes white light emitting diodes (LEDs) for emitting light. Each white LED includes a blue light chip and a yellow fluorescent material encapsulated on the blue light chip. Thereby, transmittance of the light adjusting component for blue light having a wavelength less than 450 nm is less than 10% and transmittance of light adjusting component for blue light having a wavelength over 470 nm is not less than 90%. The light adjusting component reduces the emission from the display device of yellow light having a wavelength of about 575 nm to 595 nm.

The color conversion layer includes a number of bases corresponding to the first lighting part and the second lighting part. The reflective sheet reflects a light having a wavelength within a first wavelength range and lets a light having a wavelength out of the first wavelength range to pass through. The bases corresponding to the first lighting part are doped with a number of quantum dot particles to convert the first light to a third light of a second color.

    Abstract: A backlight module comprises a light guide plate, at least one light source configured to emit a mixed light of a first primary color and a second primary color, a phosphor film capable of generating light having a third primary color, and a reflector. The light guide plate guides the mixed light to the phosphor film. A part of the mixed light excites the phosphor film to generate light having the third primary color. The light having the third primary color mixes with other parts of the mixed light to create white light. The reflector reflects light leaking from the light guide plate back to the light guide plate. A display device using the backlight module is also provided.

The light from the emitting element excites the phosphors and the quantum dot film to generate white mixed light.
